This is one of those workshops I wish I had attended as I was toying with the idea of starting my own small business. It would have saved me a lot of time, and money making mistakes that I had to figure out the hard way. But now, having created six small businesses that are all still operating today, we’re ready to share what we have learned to focus on, what you should outsource vs what you should DIY, and how in many ways as a CEO, you have to have the mindset that you are a marketing company that implements the specific product or service you provide. Without this approach, it will take you a lot longer to get any traction. This workshop is for new startups or those thinking about getting their dream business underway.
